How our shirts are made

We would like to show you how our made-to-measure shirts are made for you in the middle of a small village in Slovakia.

When you enter the factory, you are immediately surrounded by busy activity. On the one side the patterns are laid out on the fabric, on the other side the fabric is cut, you can see employees passing a considerable number of fabric parts from one workplace to the next where the parts a put together. In all this, the noise of the buzzing sewing machines pervades the room.

It all starts with your data, from which a personal pattern is created for you. A stencil is printed on paper, placed on the fabric and then the pieces of fabric that make up a shirt are cut. The individual parts are then distributed among the individual employees to be sewn together, each of whom is responsible for one step. The collars are sewn at one workstation, the cuffs at the next and the at the end the buttons. So each component of a shirt wanders through a multitude of hands and is finally assembled into your personal made-to-measure shirt. Finally, each shirt is checked for correct measurements and details before being packaged and shipped.
