Our sports jacket in blue Fresco is the ideal companion for the summer. Fresco, woven exclusively by Hardy Minnis in England, is an open weave fabric perfect for summer. Wonderfully breathable and crease resistant, the fabric feels fresh and comfortable in warm temperatures and high humidity. We recommend a completely unlined jacket so as not to diminish the benefits of the Fresco fabric. This creates a light and airy garment for warm and hot days.

Fitting service

We want our jackets to fit you. That's why we offer you our fitting service with every jacket.

Style

We offer two jacket models. Zero and Classic.

The Classic model is made with a slightly firmer interlining in the front, which gives the jacket more structure. As the name suggests, this is our classic model. The lapel has a width of 9.5 cm. Originally a style from Rome.

The Zero model is made with a very soft and light interlining in the front and has no shoulder pads. The jacket is extremely comfortable to wear and exudes Italian lightness. Perfect for a relaxed look. The lapel is 10.5 cm wide. The style is typical for Naples and the south of Italy.

Full Canvas

The interlining in the front, which gives the jacket its shape, is elaborately sewn and not glued as is often the case. This finishing, also known as full canvas, ensures an excellent wearing comfort and the jacket hugs the body perfectly. The comfort is incomparable and the production is correspondingly elaborate.

Shoulder construction

The Zero model is always made without shoulder pads. This allows the jacket to follow the natural shape of the shoulders and creates a relaxed look.

The Classic model is made without shoulder pads or with a light padding. The light padding gives the shoulder some structure and a more formal look.
The Roped shoulder is again slightly more heavily padded and extends the shoulder line. This makes the wearer's shoulders appear broader and more prominent. Recommended for formal suits or a "powersuit".

Fabrication

Our jackets are made in a factory in Italy, near Rome. Since the mid-1950s, many generations have dedicated themselves to the art of tailoring and manufacture exclusively at the highest level. This means that the inserts at the front of the jacket are not glued but elaborately sewn. The collar and sleeves are attached and sewn by hand. This is real craftsmanship and tailoring. As a result, the wearing comfort is truly outstanding. Forget uncomfortable jackets. Each jacket exudes typical Italian elegance and lightness, which, combined with traditional manufacturing, stands for relaxed luxury.

Handwork

Each jacket is made with a lot of handwork. This includes the collar and the sleeves. The so-called Milanese buttonhole on the lapel is sewn by hand. If desired, all buttonholes can also be sewn by hand.

Fabrics

We only work with the best and most reputable fabric suppliers. We source our fabrics directly from Italy, England and Scotland. These include Dugdale, Caccioppoli, Zegna, Harrisons etc. We use natural materials such as wool, linen and silk.
