How our shirts are made
We would like to show you how our custom-made shirts are made for you in the middle of a small town in Slovakia.
When you enter the factory, you are immediately surrounded by hustle and bustle. On one side, the patterns are being laid out on the fabric, on the other, the cutting is taking place, you can see employees passing a considerable number of pieces of fabric from one workstation to the next and assembling them into a shirt. All the while, the sound of whirring sewing machines permeates the room.
It all starts with your data, which is used to create a personalized pattern for you. A template is printed on paper, placed on the fabric and then the fabric pieces that make up the shirt are cut out. The individual parts are then distributed to the individual employees to be sewn together, with each person responsible for one work step. The collars are sewn at one workstation, the cuffs at the next and finally the buttons are sewn on. In this way, each component of a shirt passes through a multitude of hands and is finally assembled into your personal made-to-measure shirt. Last but not least, each shirt is checked to ensure that the measurements are correct and the details are right before it is packed and dispatched.
